Established in 2021, Inclusion Our Way supports the genuine inclusion of people with disability, illness and injury within the community, and the activities of their choosing.

 

Inclusion Our Way conducts workshops, training and consultancy at schools, clubs and businesses to assist them with becoming more disability confident. 

 

The founding director, Tracey Lockyer, has 30 years experience in the disability sector as a support worker, program manager and quality & safeguarding manager. 

 

Our training sessions and student workshops are all co-facilitated by people with lived experience of disability.
